Do I have to adapt my image to make it work on a Fotocube?
You will need to follow our step-by-step Photoshop instructions (available on the Fotocube online ordering site) before you upload your image. They are relatively simple to follow, but if you have any problems just give us a call.

What size and file format do I send to produce an acrylic print at optimum quality?
We need your artwork supplied as a 300ppi JPEG, at the actual size of the final image. Files at lower resolutions will show a drop in quality known as pixelation. Ideally all files should be setup in Adobe SRGB colour mode and saved without compression (Max quality).

You register and set up an online account with us, where you will be able to upload your images and process your order.

Do my images print right up to the edge?
Yes we print right to the edge (if you have chosen that type of design). We enlarge your image to create a 1.5mm bleed over the edge of the acrylic to ensure edge to edge printing.

Is white printed all over the back of the acrylic?
As standard we print a 100% white over the back of the image. But you can choose not to print white at all; leaving a translucent image. Alternatively you can choose to have white only on specific areas of the image. In this case you will need to produce a 'silhouette' for the white area and supply this as a separate file from the image file.
